I have been working at Pillar Processing

    Pros

    Pay is good
Benefits are good: medical, dental, 401k
    Ideal Hours or flexible hours
    Encouraged to work overtime
    Casual but professional

    Cons

    Hard to move up
    Management can play favorites
Higher-ups a tad condescending to subordinates
Information doesn't properly disseminate from higher sources to the employees it most effects when procedural changes occur

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't play favorites
Reward subordinates for hard work or at least acknowledge you notice their work
Treat employees based on the level of their work, not the level of their pay
