I worked at Pilot Catastrophe Services, Inc.

Pros

Flex Plan, 401K and an opportunity to see the country.

Cons

No time off unless you don't want to work. Also there is no chance for professional growth.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work out a vacation system with your employee, limit the politics and reward those employee who do their work properly and ahead of dealine. Also let them know that they are appreciated.

    Must travel if there is work. No storms=no work.
