I have been working at Pine Cove full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Community is awesome and you grow so close to at least a few people (with the definite possibility for many) who are bound to be groomsmen/bridesmaids at your wedding, Orientation is long but it is fun and upbeat and really gets you used to camp life, seeing God's work through and to you is unbelievebly rewarding and not something your average employer can give you, great leadership geared toward and focused on you who help you grow and push you to learn and be a better person, And they have a huge network of former staffers who come to the year round events that are held.

    Cons

Being on almost any level at Pine Cove is physically demanding and exhausting, from orientation to your final day: you'll be getting a workout for sure. You also don't get paid much monetarily, but compensation reaches far past money.
