    Pros

Experience of a lifetime. Ability to make a lot of close relationships with like minded individuals. Opportunity to invest in the Christian community. Pay is not excellent, but all living expenses are paid for while working there.

    Cons

Sometimes I felt trapped at camp. Most positions require 24/7 availability. The only down time is for 24 hours from noon Saturday to noon Sunday. If you have a difficult relationships with someone working there, you must address it because you're stuck with that person for the summer.

    Advice to Management

The training provided in orientation is great. Keep investing time and efforts in the training and summers will continue to be successful.

  2. The most challenging and rewarding summer job.

    Pros

A great opportunity to be challenged mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. As you lead and serve others, you will grow in each of these areas as God molds and shapes your heart to be more like Christ's.

    Cons

Only 24 hours off on weekends.
