Pros

For the most part the employees seem to genuinely care about each other.

Cons

The travel benefits were great up to the point that Delta bought Northwest. No we are so far down on the totem poll, it's not as much of a benefit now. The pay is not competitive. The review process needs to be revisited. There are some seemingly unfair practices in some of the departments

Advice to Senior Management

Break the perception that some of the areas have a good old boy clique and if you aren't a part of the clique, you will not progress withou a major struggle.
