Great potential for having interaction with members of the community.

Cons – Disconnect between the branch's leadership personalities; visible grudges held between employees.
Two of about ten employees at the branch hold college degrees.
You look forward to days when certain employees would take the day off.

Advice to Senior Management – Employees need to resolve grudges that are probably years old, realize they are all part of the same team. Lack of an open door policy for discussing issues with management.
