I have been working at Pinnacle Foods full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Pinnacle Foods has an excellent product line and a lot of really dedicated people who are proud of what we produce, and who want to see the company grow and succeed.

Cons

Management repeatedly changes. With each change, a new person arrives thinking we are not competent at whatever we were doing before they arrived.

I have been working at Pinnacle Foods

    Pros

high quality of staff and co-workers. New facility in Parsippany is world class and improves commuincation, innovation and speed to market.

    Cons

Mid-sized company that is trying to grow despite being under resourced and under funded for the number of initiatives and activities it is trying to implement.

    I worked at Pinnacle Foods

    Pros

Some autonomy. Reasonably fair compensation. Some good people trying to do the best they can though over worked. Great legacy brands

    Cons

Completely about maximizing short term return. Management has no interest in long term health of the brands or company. No investment in antiquated facilities. Corners cut where possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You really need to invest in the brands long term health. It looks like this is all about putting lipstick on the pig and unloading it before it caves in.
