    Pros

Great culture with strong work/life balance. Great group of smart, dedicated colleagues who strive to make Pioneer a employer of choice.

    Cons

Foreign parent company didn't for autonomy. A lot of parent company CEO turnover didn't allow for a consistent strategic message both internally and tot he external marketplace.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more visible to and mindful of your associates.

    Pros

If you are happy making below market average then you will have a long term job

    Cons

Raises and cost of living adjustments are virtually non-existent, very political, upper management says one thing and does another, very little room for advancement, micro-managing has become more of an issue recently in most departments

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Worry less about yourselves and more about the morale of your employees. Now that the job market is improving, you better take better care of your current employees before many become former employees...
