“Decent middle market”
I have been working at Piper Jaffray full-time for less than a year
Pros – Very high touch, lots of access to senior management, opportunity for young people
Cons – Little to no mobility between departments, hardly any training for young people
Advice to Senior Management – Compete with BBs for incoming talent and train them
