Current Employee – been working at Pitney Bowes Canada

Pros – the benefits are good, management is fair and the ability to manage your own accounts your own way. Office support is good

Cons – having to report to the main office at 8am and then back at 4pm. The way compensation for sales is split for territories is bad. alot of greasing other employees out of quota credit

Advice to Senior Management – My advice would be to manage your team and help new employees. you got to where you are because a manager probably took the time to groom you. don't turn your back on your team
