Succeeding in sales if difficult because the product (postage related) is dying, but the people are nice.

ProsGreat benefits, Ability to make your own day (as long as you're in by 9 and out by 5), Nice people.

ConsVery hard to make quota because of dying market. Average age of the company is above 50 I would say. Upper management seems set in their ways and doesn't want to change. Hardly any young people. Low salary and almost impossible to hit the planned commission. Morale is really low and I don't know how they will get it back up.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet some youth in their! Get some products that people want! Make goals more realistic and reachable. Pay better. Stop laying off everyone!
