A great experience, but declining industry

ProsGreat customer base, not just cold calling. Good training program for entry level sales. Great brand recognition, awesome products.

ConsCost cutting going on with Strategic Initiatives. they are bleeding industry knowledge with cutbacks.
PB needs a real top down leader to survive industry challenges

Advice to Senior ManagementToo many yes people at the top afraid of listening to their customers and employees.
