Current Employee – been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than a year

Pros – Vacation package is nice. Onsite health clinic is convenient.

Cons – Product support manager treats her department like a bunch of children. The company's vision is clearly to move all product support over seas to manilla taking jobs away from Americans. Supervisors have too much on their plates diluting their performance in all area's. Constant change leading to a sense of perpetual limbo. Departmental seniority policies allowing short time employees preference in schedules and the like. No future. Quality Assurance guidelines are grey and opinionated rather than clearly defined expectations and a scoring system to match. Bonuses near impossible to earn.

Advice to Senior Management – Invest in your employees and respect their efforts. Bring ALL product support back to the U.S. Stop the constant change and stick to a plan.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
