Pitney Bowes – “How to Mismanage”
Pros
The equipment is very technologicaly advances.
Cons
Very poor training from entry level up. The company has little regard for supporting the managers vs. customers. No work-life balance.
Advice to Senior Management
Get out in the field and understand what first level support associates deal with.
