I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Top 50 best work places for minorities and very updated in health rewards. Possibly agile (work from home location) positions and good benefits. Very dedicated to social connectivity as well as advancing technologies.

Cons

Pressure to perform is high. Getting better at iterative reviews but not in all departments or with all managers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't sell yourself down the stocholder river as stockholders are the first ones to bail out when things get tough. Your employees take care of the customer and the customer is your greatest asset.

I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time for less than a year

    Pros

work life balance ( there is not much work....)

    Cons

extremely political environment, MD is high headed, blind and ignorant to what his directors are doing to harm company work environment. If you are not a "Yes Man", directors wont tolerate you, will play poltics to get rid of you. work is not good, no growth prospects

HR head and her staff are highly rude and high headed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

watch out your words and actions alike.
Pitney bowes is all set to become another "sapient" in NCR, and will really have very hard time attracting talent and then retaining them in case some people commit a mistake of joining it.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
