PB is a great company with a strong future and now allowing more agile workforce

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsTop 50 best work places for minorities and very updated in health rewards. Possibly agile (work from home location) positions and good benefits. Very dedicated to social connectivity as well as advancing technologies.

ConsPressure to perform is high. Getting better at iterative reviews but not in all departments or with all managers.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't sell yourself down the stocholder river as stockholders are the first ones to bail out when things get tough. Your employees take care of the customer and the customer is your greatest asset.

Hazardous place to work under disguise of one of the best place to work in india - just a gimmic to attract talent

Project Manager (Current Employee) Noida (India)

Pros: work life balance ( there is not much work....) Cons: extremely political environment, MD is high headed, blind and ignorant to what his directors are doing to harm company work environment. If you are not… Advice to Senior Management: watch out your words and actions alike. Pitney bowes is all set to become another "sapient" in NCR, and will really… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
