Cons

4hrs to complete and close all field service repairs. When it is 4 1/2 hrs to reach some customers. 90 min call back time to setup an appointment for when you will be there. In some areas it could be 20 min travel just to get cell service. Also it is hard to meet the 4500 dollars in sales when you are under such time lines. Also hard to give great customer care when you have to make calls every hour just to meet 90min call back time. Just so you do not get a negitve on your pa. Be prepared to give them alot of your personal time at home for free. This includes shipping of parts and trining online. Try working with an inventory system software that does not work right most of the time.

Advice to Senior Management

Get an idea of how far it is between jobs and customers in remote areas.
