    Pros

Great opportunity to gain some sales experience and sales training. You can parlay this job into other sales opportunities.

    Cons

Lack of overall planning, sense of direction and purpose. Strong hand management style seems to be a cultural norm. Seasonal job cuts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Update your management style it is ineffective for anyone 30 or younger. Be clear on the overall direction of te company and then stay the course.

    Pros

I had some very good co-workers

    Cons

Numerous rounds of layoffs every single year. Morale was destroyed as a result. Why not just do one or a few big layoffs? I would never recommend anyone work for Pitney Bowes unless they were desperate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
