Pros

They let you work from home sometimes which gives some flexibility.

Cons

Postal meter is dead-end business, revenue declining every quarter, no career advancement opportunity, lay off happening on regular basis, the only people who are still there are either near retirement age or can not land jobs elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Try to think of some strategies to survive internet age & try to reward high performers

    Pros

There is not a single pro I can think of

    Cons

As a new employee I am completely dumbfounded by the lack of accountability on any level. PB is spiraling out of control and there is no plan to stop it. The stock has dropped 11 dollars in the 8 months I have been here and all stays the status quo...Outsourcing jobs to India and cutting the people doing the work are not going to change the fact that there is no plan for growth. Embarassing!

    Advice to Management

Get rid of top level and start a new. Bring IT back in house and have department leads accountable to goals.

    Pros

I had some very good co-workers

    Cons

Numerous rounds of layoffs every single year. Morale was destroyed as a result. Why not just do one or a few big layoffs? I would never recommend anyone work for Pitney Bowes unless they were desperate.

    Advice to Management

    Fire your CEO.
