Good company overall. Not a good leadership group at local site. Wasn't fairly evaluated on work performance.

I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Good big company to work for. Had a great training facility located in Peachtree City. Could have been a company to retire with.

    Cons

Working at the local site, if you were not the brown noser you didn't stay. Back stabbing from the supervisor happened alot. If it wasn't his idea, it was incorrect. Not worried about how to keep the customer happy and getting the work out.

    Pros

Some of the colleagues are nice are nice.

    Cons

Old technology. The company is interested in a service that is on its way out, at least in the US: Mail.
Everyone is bored working on aging products. Tedious work testing old products for third world countries.
