I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Work is good if they let you do the job
Benefits are good and time off is above average

Cons

Upper management has become the biggest micromanaging group ever
Let the people do the job you hired them to do and stop changing direction so willie nillie

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let you people do the job you hired them for and stop micromanaging them. If you haven't done the job don't tell them how to do it
