Pitney's downfall due to micromanagement

ProsWork is good if they let you do the job
Benefits are good and time off is above average

ConsUpper management has become the biggest micromanaging group ever
Let the people do the job you hired them to do and stop changing direction so willie nillie

Advice to Senior ManagementLet you people do the job you hired them for and stop micromanaging them. If you haven't done the job don't tell them how to do it

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Complete lack of professionalism
