Pros

Great benefits, leadership, opportunity for growth and to move within center

Cons

Hard to move up because so many people enjoy working at PB. Relocation is tough too.

Advice to Management

Help your employees reach their career goals. If they have talent that can be used, even though they are on the other side of the country, take advantage of it and utilize the technology you have.

    Pros

Like working for the USPS, you can hide under the shadows of a dysfunctional business, hopping it will survive to the day you retire

    Cons

    - Very low pay compared to pay for similar functions in similar organizations and within the same region - Most employees lack motivation and basic competencies + you will meet many employees who have been burried in the same role for over 20 years - No merit based raises this year and not expected the next year - Extremely bureaucratic; outdated processes across all departments + tons of printed papers everywhere - Hospital type food in the cafeteria - To much efforts wasted on politics, which typically the case in any large organization; however, other organizations pay at least 50%+ higher wages; efforts spent on politics is not worth it

    Advice to Management

Raise employee morals, raise pay and invest in training
