I have been working at Pitney Bowes full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Work quick understanding and learning new challenges in the area of operation .  Flexible and working approach.  Good organization skills along with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.  Honestly and adjustable to the need my major strength.  Strong ability to work under pressure.

    Pros

    Salary is above par if negotiated aggressively.
    Good technology stack / legacy /brand.

    Cons

    Entrenched senior management.
    Autocratic management style.

    I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Some great and tallented technical staff in the CDLI function
    Had some great products such as the MapInfo brand

    Cons

    Several acquisitions and merges diluted the skills, knowledge and communication whilst increasing the number of products to hundreds!
    Some enormous egos and professional managers climbing the corporate ladder without adding value.
    Loosing key technical staff regularly.

    Perhaps you should have stuck to franking machines....
