Pros

Ability to move up the ladder. Managers working well with large profile customers can promote quickly alongside the Client's growth.

Cons

Executives had new initiatives every month and were always seeking to keep up with the competition's latest gimmicks to win customers. They were not original thinkers which has led to the downfall of the Services division.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Eliminate stagnant leadership and hire / promote leaders that will build teams in a positive manner.
