Not bad, Not Great

Service Tech (Current Employee) Columbus, OH

ProsDecent company when compared with the market place. Do your job and they leave you alone.

ConsFor physical side of the business: little or no advancement or training, no raises in 5 years as of 2014. If on-site, job has become a form of adult day care. PBI is focusing on digital and leaving the physical side to languish and fade away.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe usual, treat front line employees as the most important asset of the company. Do you even read the engagement survey?

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Pays well, but depressing climate

Software Development Manager (Former Employee) Shelton, CT

I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: Pays well, decent benefits, pretty flexible work schedule, great co-workers Cons: Continuous layoffs (they got rid of the fat a long time ago, so now every cut is into the muscle), very hard to get promoted… Advice to Senior Management: Look at products on the shelf created by old AC&T, stop… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
