    I worked at Pitney Bowes

    Pros

Good benefits package and great way to get a stepping stone to a better sales career.

    Cons

promotions seem more based on who you know not what you know. Unless you are in sales upward mobility is stagnant. Not alot of respect for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on driving actual sales and less on meaningless reports and never ending conference calls that accomplish nothing but take up peoples time.

I have been working at Pitney Bowes

    Pros

Pitney offers the employee the freedom to organize your day as long as your day is completed. The company does pay for tools needed to survive to a point but at the basic level. The company claims to offer many perks however these perks always seem to get lost during the paper pushing process.

    Cons

    Company falling apart
    Constant Management change
    senior employees getting riffed
Bad communication between management and employees
    No pay raises
    no chance for growth

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should look around at the way business is conducted internally. Answers you do not like are not always wrong.

    No opinion of CEO
