I worked at Pitney Bowes full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good stepping stone for other job opportunities

    Cons

Received 2 measley "raises" while working at the company for 5 years. Started at $12.00 ended with 12.45.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Properly compensate your employees for the amount of hard work they do for the company. Maybe there won't be such a high turnover rate.
