Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Stamford, CT
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

-nice people -not a bad place if you want an easy life at ok salary but do not want to accelerate in your career

    Cons

-not good for ambitious, driven and hardworking individuals

    Advice to Management

should invest in high performers and groom early in career individuals. But more importantly we need to get the VP, director and manager layer cleaned up- there are way too many average to below average performers in these layers who remain in these jobs for 10-15 years. We should encourage a healthy churn in management positions to give high performing juniors an avenue to grow within the company.
