Pros

Industry leader, market leader, brand recognition, government contractor, national and international presence, paper, mailing and supplies provider, global postal handling

Cons

Neopost, competition was constantly underbidding, when it comes to price, pitney bowes lost market share. other vendors equipment documents, packaging, mailing, and shipping, collectively referred to as mailstream. What are they doing wrong?

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the customer and the workers - and not be beat on price only

    -If you can handle the service responsibilities and are good at it, your job is secure.

    Cons

    -Lack of promotion from within the organization. If you are a good technician, you will find it difficult to be considered for management. They will hire outside the organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Consider internal talent for promotion. You are losing good peopel by ignoring their contributions to the success of Pitney Bowes.

    Pros

    Pitney Bowes Business Insight has great products. The employees are great people and are fun to work with. Pay is average.

    Cons

    Upper management has baffled most by the decisions they make. Inequality in pay and in how territories are structured. Some people are destined for success and others for failure. Be prepared to face the unexpected. They do not value good employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should focus there attention the employees that are valuable to the company and forget the "good ol boys" club.
