Working Culture

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIf a persoon want to devote more time towards family,do less work and enjoy life then PBI is the best place to work for.

Cons1. Less recognition for good work.
2. Below average work load
3. No processes are followed.
4. Poor canteen. no food and bad snacks are available.
5. Library not proper.
6. Very less apraisal for average rating.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive recognition to the team members for their good work, give promotions to the people who have served for more than 2 yrs and doing good work.
Stop giving Promotions to the people who just do flattering of the higher management.
