    I worked at Pitney Bowes

    Pros

Large corporation, good benefits, well known, in business for many years

    Cons

Poor business strategy-political infighting-incompetence of senior management to integrate business units, invest in technology and technologists who can apply it

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Put people in control who know the business, invest in technology, invest in people who know how to apply the technology
