    Compensation, benefits, helpful and bright employees, team comradaree, work/life balance

    Cons

    Poor view of company strategy and future direction, low employee morale due to many layoffs, constant changes, poor internal and external communications of brand identity and business structure, declining mail volumes contributing to core business decline

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pitney has been GREAT to me in my career and overall, I have enjoyed my experiences to date and feel grateful for what I have been able to accomplish. However, I am concerned that the outlook for PItney is grim based on recent events and think management should provide employees with more communications about the company's strategic direction and vision.

    Pros

    They are always hiring (also a negative in the long term)
    Decent benefits if you a full time employee (not temp/hourly/on call, etc.)

    Cons

    Unequal pay to work completed
    Advancement in responsibilities, pay not increased respectively
    Make promises that are "forgotten"
    Very manipulative
    No merit rewards permitted
    Unreasonable work expected with excessive critical feedback
    Technology/Software 5-15 years behind.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be aware of superior "product" where there is no merits given to employees as likely has some abusive qualities.
