“Be prepared for the unexpected!”

Pros – Pitney Bowes Business Insight has great products. The employees are great people and are fun to work with. Pay is average.
Cons – Upper management has baffled most by the decisions they make. Inequality in pay and in how territories are structured. Some people are destined for success and others for failure. Be prepared to face the unexpected. They do not value good employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Management should focus there attention the employees that are valuable to the company and forget the "good ol boys" club.
