    Pros

    Pay structure decent but not great

    Cons

    Sr Management: Extremely deceptive business practices. Sells products that do not exist. Hidden fees to merchants and sales agents. Absolutely no support to agents, merchants and employees. Merchant Services based in the Philippines. Sr Management disrespectful to employees. They track everything, including your personal smart phone GPS and activities. Horrible company to represent!

    Pros

    Great rates that help close deals for agents. Light supervision, very promising on paychecks and IT support are something you will enjoy.

    Cons

    Customer care team is inconsistent and revenue focused. Every time. the merchant tried to seek support from the customer care it equals to meet with a sales agent. They tend to close more deals than resolve the current issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management charge fees very upfront. They manage their business risk at the lowest level possible, but fees mostly are overcharged. Merchants will call salespersons for reimbursement. The process to claim from overcharge goes on and on. It hardly satisfies any party with the current management.
