I worked at Pixar full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The name brand, the culture, the history and the main corporate campus. At the top, there are great leadership and furious work ethic that create best possible product.

    Cons

Some of the top leadership will be retiring soon. Also it's now part of Disney and it's budget cycle. Everyone at the company is squeezing every dollar to meet the corporate status quo.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If Pixar continues to operate with current level of moral, you may loose the magic that once was Pixar. Now with many senior employees reaching the retirement age, you need to make sure you have right leadership at the top as well in the middle. Don't be driven by bottom line.
