Pizza Hut – “Good job for a student, not a career for me!”

Pros

Good place to work between jobs or during school. Overall friendly staff and everyone there works together as a team. You get free food. We always did food trades, that is an upside. Managers are cool. We hung out with managers a lot because they were cool people. They really get to know you as a person not only an employee. A decent job if you are looking for an extra source of income. I know the store managers of these places do well, but I could not imagine running a pizza joint for the rest of my life.

Cons

Not satisfying for me personally, it served its purpose as a source of income during school. Pay was not great, but you are making pizzas, no ones life is on the line... the pay is fair.

Advice to Senior Management

I was pleased with the way the Senior Management treated and worked with our staff.
