Pros

It s a great place to work because its a fun environment, with a small enough group of people that you really feel like your at home. I started working at Pizza Hut when I was in 10th grade as a cook, and now I'm the Assistant Manager but I'm still having fun because of the atmosphere that Pizza Hut provides. Because of the family like connection its kind of like grow up again, but I'm getting a better allowance.

Cons

Occasionally you get the crazy employee but you get that just about anywhere.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep on doing what your doing, but stop being petty.
