Pros

I enjoyed delivering pizzas and meeting customers from different walks of life.
I worked with people I respected and had fun.

Cons

I did not enjoy the late hours or having to clean the pizza racks after driving around town for over 6 hours. I felt that pizza maker should have been the one to clean the racks. I would happily accept a lower wage to just deliver pizzas.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to ideas from your employees. I am willing to bet that many of your part time employees are sometimes moonlighting professionals in other fields. They might even have valuable advice about promotions, time management or even logistics. But you don't know that if you do not ask.
