Pros

Busy place, good management, time off if needed. working here isn't bad if you are looking to make some cash but that is about it. There is no room for advancement and defiantly not good pay. It is like every other restaurant but better because of the management. The general manager is great when it comes to working with schedules and time need off.

Cons

in Caro Michigan, no room for advancement. Some times the pay isn't good per shift if you are serving because there is a lot of slow shifts

The management is doing a very nice job at this store. Friendly people offering a nice environment for workers.
