    Pros

    The mission of the organization is great.

    Cons

    Their motto of "Care. No Matter What." unfortunately does not apply to employees. The President/CEO is a bully who leads by fear and intimidation. Turnover in some positions is as high as 200%.

    Advice to Management

    Stop blaming your employees for your bad boss behavior. Have you seen the movie "The Devil Wears Prada"? You would think a "caring" organization would respect their hard working employees. Take a look in the mirror...ALL your employees can't be at fault! Don't establish MLK as a paid "Holiday" in the employee manual, and then expect all your employees to either show up for or dial in to a conference call on their "Holiday". Work/life balance is woefully "out of balance".
