I worked at Plasmon

Pros

Good technology, strong, good leadership while Murphy and new team were there.
Market potential, an established client base and recurring revenue stream.

Cons

Global economic collapse.The company was in financial trouble for years. Under UK employment rules almost impossible to outsource or right-size a company.Welfare mentality of most long term employees in Colorado, non-productive and fought change.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The Plasmon board sold the company to a VC firm in 2008.Murphy assisted with the sale
and left the company.

    I have been working at Plasmon

    Pros

    The products were great and the tools and information given to us was outstanding. The ability to build good customer relationships was easy for the most part due to the uniquness of the solution.

    Cons

    Plasmon came under new ownership and since then the people running it are idiots and crooks. They are not to be trusted so the channle has shrunk away from support them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    They need to reestablish their channel which will require they rebuild trust and support. That trust won't come easy, but it can come if they do the right things.
