I have been working at Playworks full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

The Playworks program is fantastic and has been proven to improve school climate. The people and culture of Playworks is a step above every other organization that I have worked with.

Cons

It is in a constant state or growth and expansion which requires A LOT from their employees.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is ok to maintain current program levels in an effort to build a solid financial base to move forward on.

I have been working at Playworks full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

It is a great feeling knowing that I am doing something that is significant and beneficial for children of low-income communities.

    Cons

Training is often redundant. League nights, while great for the participants, can be long and tiresome.
