    - Good in allocating projects
    - Good in providing domain exposure
    - Fairly good in Onsite oppurtunities

    - Management is not proactive to attend issues
    - Clients are very demanding so need to work late sometimes

    Flexibility to change roles
    Honest & hard-working employees, especially at junior- & middle-levels
    Solid focus on BFSI

    Cons

    Deplorable HR practices, at odds with most of its peers
    Adhoc & arbitrary policy changes
    Top-heavy structure
    Decision making controlled only by CEO

    Improve the pay & other HR & Ops policies
    Eliminate unwanted seniors
    Develop competent second-line leadership
    Take hard decisions regarding the products
