    I have been working at Polaris Industries full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Fast paced, fun place to work. get a chance to do a lot of different things

    Cons

    company runs way too lean on employees. 1 person is doing 4 jobs.projects
    very horizontal company, not much room for advancement.
    Annual reviews are a waste of time. Managers decisions or performance ratings are made long before review process starts.

    I worked at Polaris Industries

    Pros

    Great Profit Sharing
    Get Polaris vehicles after 1 year of service (no time outside of work to use it however)
    Company is Performing Well

    Cons

    Employess work 24/7
    Worst Work/Life Balance I have ever seen/heard of
    Many employee work on paid vacation days
    Ridiculously fast paced
    Employees are slaves to their jobs
    No Flexiblility/Working From home during core busines hours, however working at home on nights/weekends is expected
    Employess are so stressed they are miserable in and outside of work
    Don't expect a thank you
    Taking time for lunch is frowned upon
    Don't work here if you don't ride Polaris Products
