I worked at Polo Ralph Lauren full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Good company to work for as a sales associate. Just make sure you ask the right questions in your interview(s):
-Is your business consistent year round or do you have peaks/valleys? Snowbirds and others. IF so how do you work around dead periods of business.
-How often do your associates hit their quota?
-How does your store work with conversion?
-Do you have incentive programs for associates who exceed quotas?

    Cons

Beware of complacent managers. See how the staff reacts to your visit. There can be warning sings if you look closely. I have worked at great stores and also VERY poorly run stores. One of the best managers I've ever had was in Palm Beach Gardens (Kelly) and the worst (multiple managers) was in Atlanta... Beware of kool-aide.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to supply selling techniques and product knowledge packets. Perhaps more incentives for producing associates. However, there are good things your doing. Maybe water down the kool-aide.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
