Great values, lots of experience, underpaid for title

Director of Production (Former Employee)
New York, NY

ProsAmazing people, great product, tons of global values and treats vendors well.

ConsToo much red tape, they allow you to work at a level you are not getting paid for several years until promotions pushed. A little frustrating

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on team members that exceed expectations and ensure they are taken care of as they leave for smaller houses to get the salary their titles command out of polo.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
