I have been working at Polo Ralph Lauren (less than a year)

Pros

Great company to freelance for. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cons

Although I freelance for a short moment, I learn so much about not being afraid to take a chance on companies that I couldn't see myself working for.

I worked at Polo Ralph Lauren full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Coworkers were very nice and professional in my opinion. Show you are talented and can get the desired result and you earn respect from coworkers. Due to the company downsizing, I had the added responsibility of many brands and learned a lot as a result.

    Cons

... I was not paid for any of that additional responsibility and felt overworked, fusturated, and burnt out by the time I left. Huge salary discrepencies between the same position within the same department (20k!). minimal salary increases (3% if you are lucky)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect long term employees efforts and appreciate their hard work.
