    Pros

I've learned a lot. I feel that anyone that has worked for RL is a harder worker than anyone else in the industry! We definitely move mountains for the brand.

    Cons

No raises, manipulative bosses, long hours and no respect. The thing is everyone is covering their own butt and trying to get brownie points for it- watch out! HR is not to be trusted!! Be careful with even telling your co-workers anything! They may love you but the nature of the company is talk behind everyone back....

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop drinking the kool-aid and be nicer to your employees!
