I have been working at Polo Ralph Lauren

    Pros

Great place to work for. The clothes are amazing, the people are amazing, and the relationships that you will establish are amazing,

    Cons

Not too many cons. Benefits could be better, and the commission could be a little higher for long time empployees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work. It is hard to run a business with so many different people and personalities. Again, good work.

I have been working at Polo Ralph Lauren

    Pros

Great at giving time off and having a work/personal life balance. Summer Fridays are a nice perk.

    Cons

If your well connected than you are fine but if you are a hard worker then you will most likely be over looked. Don't take a job under your current level. Thinking you will get promoted is very unlikely.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be nice to work in a place that was not politics as usual. PRL is very political. Most poeple just want to come to work and do a good job.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
