Current Employee – been working at Polycom full-time for more than a year
Pros – Interesting technologies to work with, possibilities for career growth and movement within the company, a growing company, Very lenient policies regarding flextime and working from home.
Cons – Never-ending emergencies (quick fixes to bugs reported by customers), badly defined processes and corner-cutting, which leads to ad-hoc approaches to nearly everything. – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
