    Pros

Most of the people that work at Polycom are fantastic. In the western region expecially- the atmosphere is that of encouragement and positivity

    Cons

Some of the teams are cliques-especially on the sales side. In addition- with the newest changes on the executive team everyone is worried for their job daily. The positive environment that I started in 2 years ago changes to something very negative.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the good people you've got and stop hiring competitors for all the promotions!
