    Pros

Culture thrives on work/life balance. Long hours M - TH so we can get out a noon on Fridays. There are multiple avenues for presenting ideas. Management listens to people, acknowledges accomplishments, and tells us what's going on. Education is highly valued.

    Cons

Probably not the highest salaries in the industry. Hard to say.

    Advice to Management

Keep engaging us, communicating with us, and allowing us to grow.

    Pros

small company, great opportunity to learn about retirement services, great benefits

    Cons

Company has a policy "learn from your mistakes " peers and management will let you know the hard way. There is no training program you learn as you go. There are a lot of employees that have been working for the company for a long time and you can feel it from the way newbies are treated

    Advice to Management

Have a training program that will cover every department, and hire a trainer that will be there 100% of the time
