Pros

Pomeroy IT was great with salaray compensation. They were superb in allowing me to do my job, instead of micro managing.

Cons

Since they are a third party contractor there was not much room for advancement. They didnt offer any benefits or vacation time.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should communicate to the team of new procedures adequate time before they are in place. They should also keep staff informed of changes within the company.
