Pros

The pay was fair, & raises & bonuses were consistent throughout my time there.

Cons

The company is very old, conservative, stagnant (stuck in the early part of last century somewhere) & greatly lacks diversity. The office environment itself, along with the technology used was outdated. It needs an infusion of youth & diversity in its hiring practices, along with some new & innovative ideas to bring it forward into the 21st century. Maybe the acquisition by LB Foster will help in this regard. Also, there were very little opportunites for advancement & paid time off is very negligible unless you've been there at least 6 years.

Advice to Senior Management

Bring new blood into the organization who will offer some fresh new ideas & perspectives. The atmosphere there currently is much too outmoded & conservative, & will not attract / keep younger workers.
